How long will processing and delivery take?
Processing and delivery depend on the item, fulfillment location and destination. Please review the product page and any shipping information displayed at checkout. If a delivery estimate is not shown, contact us before ordering so we can confirm the available shipping information for that item. Processing time and carrier transit time are separate.
Can I change my shipping address?
Contact us as soon as you notice an error and include your order number and the correction needed. Address changes depend on the order's fulfillment status and cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Items fulfilled separately may arrive in different packages. Check the shipment updates for your order, or contact us if you need help identifying a package.
Do you ship to my location?
Available destinations and shipping charges depend on the items and the address entered at checkout. If no shipping option is available, contact us before ordering. Please confirm availability with us before ordering for a deadline.
How can I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipment confirmation or the order-status link in your order confirmation. Carrier updates may take time to appear after a label is created. If tracking is missing or has stopped updating, contact us with your order number.
Tracking says delivered, but I have not received my package. What should I do?
Check the delivery address and any safe delivery areas, and ask other members of your household. Contact us with your order number so we can help investigate with the carrier.
What if an item is missing, damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Keep the packaging and take photos of the item and packaging when possible so we can review what happened and help resolve it.
How do returns and refunds work?
Please read our Return and Refund Policy. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the applicable instructions and return address. Purchases made through eBay must use the return process for that eBay order.
